The Fish House - also known as Seven Elms - is the only Mission Revival-style residence in the Potter Highlands Historic Neighborhood. The couple expanded their property in 1918 to include the adjacent lots (now the duplex to the east), giving Lisbeth space to cultivate a remarkable and renowned Victorian style garden filled with rare plants.
